…still no baby, even though RheostaticsFan and her super husband were over last night to install our new satellite dish, and we all thought it would be most convenient for me to go into labour while the kids happened to be sleeping, our friends happened to be over, and the TV happened to be working better than it has been for the past few months. But nooooo, this one is apparently really devoted to the idea of a “due date,” even though we also worked all afternoon to paint the nursery a lovely yellow colour, and there were massive thunderstorms last night. Sheesh! There’s no pleasing some babies!
